This recipe I am going because my mom asked me. She loves this recipe, says it's his favorite of all time, but the truth is changing every time, but it takes several months where he always asks me to cook this dish.
I've uploaded a recipe for corn bread, but corn bread is softer and can even eat dessert, so my family eats it with coffee in the afternoon. For me personally I like a good chili that I'll be sharing later.

1 cup flour 1 cup mazeca
1 / 2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon
baking powder

1 / 3 cup oil
1 / 4 cup water
1 1 / 2 cup soy milk combined with 1 tablespoon of vinegar (mixture and let stand 2 minutes before use)

Heat your oven to 200 C. Combine the dry ingredinetes
